If you need a quad two-input NAND gate which each input has a Schmitt trigger circuit you may consider the
HEF4093B. It is suitable for industrial temperatur range (-40 °C to +85 °C) and/or automotive temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C), and for applications such wave and pulse shapers, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators.
It is recommended to operate this HEF4093B at Vdd power supply range of 3V to 15V referenced to Vss(ground). You must connect Vdd, Vss or another inputs with unused inputs, according to the datasheet. Another features of this device are fully static operation, Schmitt trigger input discrimination, complies with JEDEC standard JESD 13-B, and have an ESD protection exceeds 200V/2000V.
The figure above is example of Schmitt trigger applications for the HEF4093B driven via a high-impedance input. If so, it is necessary to use a capacitor C with a value of
; then you can have an oscillation on the edges of a pulse.
