The circuit in the following diagram shows low power standby bootsrap circuitry as it is designed to meet the standby power requirements. This circuit can be figured to give a quick start up for the offline power converter while dissipating little to no energy after power up.
This Low Power Standby Bootstrap Circuitry needs a fast turn on to operate correctly. A power switch may add input power to the circuit quickly when the switch is turned on.
