The Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger Datasheet for Wave and Pulse Shapers Applications

If you need a quad two-input NAND gate which each input has a Schmitt trigger circuit you may consider the HEF4093B. It is suitable for industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +85 °C) and/or automotive temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C), and for applications such wave and pulse shapers, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators.
