This Single Door Locking Wire controls both lock and unlock which means the pulse wires have to be connected to the same vehicle wire. The system is basically a resisted (+) 12V Positive Trigger System with lock command is a 3V pulse and the unlock is a 6V pulse. [...]

By controlling the size of the resistor in one of the four filters the frequency could be adjusted. In order to get the correct size signal, the we must use a potentiometer to be placed to the one of the resistors while also measuring oscilloscope’s output. This will be used to know what size of resistor should be worked at 60Hz. [...]
